several days ago i was looking thru some back issues of time and newsweek at the library, stuff from the sixties/seventies, and those magazines were totally shaping peoples’ heads back then, guiding them in what they should think and telling them(us) what constitutes cultural and political reality. that’s when it hit me that the press has been doing this stuff long before 2001. either subtley or overtly, it’s basically what they’re for. the media are the lapdogs (no offense to dogs) of corporate america, and they’re not about to lift the veil.
I will lift the veil and scream at them ..Mother Fuckers stop this shit!
