Death really does suck. I have seen so much death in my profession, and it never gets any easier to face.
Hold on to all the good memories you had with your friend in your heart. Be thankful that you were able to share your own life with your friend. Out of all the millions of people in the World, you were fortunate enough to meet such a person. That is something to celebrate right now.
