   An aneurysm? No I don’t think so. There is a nasty rhinovirus this winter and spring season. It causes a lot of sinus pressure. This would a major cause of your bad headaches.

   You do have hypertension. Which can also cause headaches. I am sure that I do not have to tell you, you need to cut back or quit smoking all together.
